With over 15 years of experience as a coach educator, business coach, and Director of Education, Cheryl is a true expert in empowering others to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. Her unique blend of expertise, heart, and strategic thinking makes her a formidable mentor and coach.

As the founder of the Academy, Cheryl’s mission is to equip aspiring and experienced coaches with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to thrive in their careers and make a positive impact on others. She’s helped thousands of coaches become certified and credentialed, build successful practices, and achieve their dreams.

Cheryl believes coaching is more than just a skill; it’s a powerful tool for transformation, building trust, and unlocking potential. Outside of coaching Cheryl loves the beach, traveling, dancing and spending time with her family, especially her grandson!

Holly Davis Covell, ACC

Holly Davis is a Christian Life Coach and Women’s Empowerment Coach, dedicated to helping women step boldly into their purpose and navigate life’s transitions with faith and confidence. As the founder of Journey Well Coaching, Holly brings a heart-centered approach to guiding women toward clarity, courage, and transformation.

For 15 years, Holly served as a Youth Pastor in Europe, working in Austria, Ireland, and six other countries, empowering young people to grow in faith and leadership. A natural encourager and lifelong cheerleader, she has always been passionate about lifting others up and helping them see their true potential.

When she returned to the U.S., she found herself at a crossroads—wondering how to channel her gifts into a new calling. That’s when she discovered Life Coaching, not just as a career but as the perfect bridge between her past experiences and her future purpose. Today, she helps women embrace their God-given potential, break through limiting beliefs, and walk boldly into the life they were meant to live.

Lori is a Master Coach, 2x Breast Cancer Conqueror, Author, and Speaker who is fiercely dedicated to helping women break free from limitations and step boldly into their Champion Era. With a profound belief that no one is meant to merely “get by” in life, Lori empowers women to rise above self-doubt, break patterns of settling, and embrace the confidence, strength, and success they truly deserve.

Her journey is one of resilience and transformation—having conquered breast cancer twice, Lori understands the power of mindset, courage, and unwavering perseverance. She brings this same unstoppable energy to her coaching, guiding women through their own breakthroughs with a blend of wisdom, strategy, and heart.

Beyond her work as a coach, Lori is an accomplished author and sought-after speaker, sharing her insights on personal empowerment, leadership, and resilience on stages worldwide. Her commitment to education runs deep—since 2000, she has served as a faculty member at multiple universities and coaching programs, shaping the next generation of leaders, coaches, and changemakers.

Matthew Cintron-Quinones, MCC, BCC

Instructor and Mentor Coach

Matthew is an internationally seasoned life and executive coach supporting leaders who identify within the Latin@ community. His laser-focused approach and keen attention to language help uncover the root causes of his clients’ challenges, empowering them to progress with renewed perspectives.  Having explored over 65 countries for work, leisure, volunteerism, and research, Matthew discovered his innate ability to adapt swiftly to unforeseen situations, adeptly crafting alternative strategies.

With a diverse background spanning a decade in international higher education administration, learning and development, and federal programming, Matthew has committed himself to the coaching profession. He generously volunteers with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and provides impactful mentor coaching to assist coaches in tailoring their approach using the ICF Core Competencies.

Known among peers as the go-to resource for anything ICF-related, Matthew remains dedicated to his professional development and readily shares his expertise to support the coaching community. He also maintains up-to-date industry certifications in human resources and project management. When Matthew is not with his clients, he can be found lounging with his cats (Burt and Arlo), watching crime dramas, or hunting for the best iced coffee in town.
